Delete your data

This page explains how to delete your data from Pasado: CSE Reviewer 2027 (Pasado CSE Reviewer), the reviewer app on Google Play and the App Store. Pasado has no accounts, so there is no account to delete. Almost everything stays on your phone, and you can delete it yourself in a few seconds.

What Pasado keeps, and where

On your phone only: your optional first name, your settings, answers, scores, bookmarks, streaks and exam history, and the record that Full Access is unlocked. These are never uploaded to us.

At RevenueCat, the service that verifies purchases for us: a random anonymous ID created by the app and your purchase record (the store receipt, the product, the date, the price and the country), with technical details such as the app version and device type. It does not include your name, email address or phone number.

In our support mailbox: any email you sent to [email protected].

Google Play and the App Store keep your order under their own privacy policies. Manage or delete that data in your Google Account or Apple Account settings.

Step 1: Delete the data on your phone

Open Pasado and go to Settings > Reset all progress, then confirm. This deletes your answers, history, bookmarks and streaks right away.

To delete everything the app stored, including your name and settings, uninstall Pasado. On Android you can also go to the phone’s Settings > Apps > Pasado > Storage > Clear storage.

Step 2: Ask us to delete your purchase record and emails

Email [email protected] with the subject "Delete my data". Include your store order number so we can find your anonymous purchase record: on Google Play it starts with "GPA." and is in the receipt email from Google; on the App Store it is the order ID in the receipt email from Apple.

We will delete your purchase record at RevenueCat and the emails you sent us, and reply to confirm within 15 working days.

What is kept, and for how long

Your Full Access purchase itself is not cancelled. Google Play or the App Store keeps it on your store account, so Restore purchase can still unlock Full Access later; doing so creates a new anonymous record.

Sales and tax records that we must keep by law are kept only for the period Philippine law requires. They come from the store reports and do not include your name or email address.

Deleted records may stay in our service providers’ encrypted backups for a short time until those backups are overwritten.
